Dom Waters
Former Unity Party Candidate for Colorado Congressional District 1
Dom Waters, Unity Party Candidate
Dom Waters was a one-time 2024 Unity Party candidate for Colorado’s 1st Congressional District (Denver), though the party’s 2024 nomination ended up going to Christopher “Critter” Milton. The real purpose here of creating this candidate page (in September of 2024) is to highlight yet another example of the hypocrisy-of-convenience rampant throughout the Unity Party of Colorado (the left-of-Lenin so-called Colorado “Uniters” seem to want to view the Unity Party’s founder and chairman as having two horns on his head, until they’re looking for an answer that they need (see above and below).
Word on the street is that Waters left the party due to the constant upheaval that she referred to in the below too-little-and-too-late apology, Bodenstab’s inconsistency/instability, and the general leftward drift of the state party driven by extremists who couldn’t get so much as a dozen petition signatures for their “Boiling Frog Party” and went with the next best strategy: committing electoral fraud with the hijacking of a Centrist/Unitist party created with honest petitions promoted as pushing a Balanced Budget Amendment, Federal Term Limits and the outlawing of Gerrymandering.
Ms. Waters never showed up to that Forward Friday, most likely because Jim Dub bullied her with threats of legal action (a frequent tactic of his that, as of the writing of these words, has yet to result in any said legal action). In any event, yes, the Unity Party of Colorado has become too far left, even for someone like Dom Waters. You read that right. Forward UP.
