United Executive Committee

A Governing Body of the Unity Party of America

(Along with the United National Committee)

Bill Hammons

Co-Founder, Unity Party of America

Chairman, United National Committee

Chair and Sole Member, United Executive Committee

Current term as UEC Chair extends into perpetuity

Per the below (49th) Amendment to the Unity Party Constitution, the United Executive Committee is (along with the United National Committee) one of the Unity Party of America’s two governing bodies. The only Uniter who had successfully petioned onto an official ballot as an official Unity Party candidate before the April 2026 passage of the 49th Amendment was Bill Hammons.

(Party Founder Hammons successfully petitioned onto Colorado’s 2nd Congressional District ballot in 2008 with 899 signatures as an official Unity Party candidate, formally founding a state-recognized Unity Party for the first time. [Former Uniter Eric Bodenstab also submitted a few signatures for the campaign, but failed to provide his properly registered voting address. Mr. Bodenstab managed to achieve a similarly unsuccessful outcome when Hammons allowed his Vice Presidential running mate to attempt to assist him with gathering signatures in Tennessee for Hammons’s 2020 Presidential run.] Hammons also single-handedly petitioned onto Colorado US Senate ballots in 2014 and 2016, as well as the 2020 Presidential ballot in the State of New Jersey. To this day, Mr. Bodenstab has yet to thank him for all his hard work.)

Amendment XLIX. The United Executive Committee (the “UEC”) shall, in addition to the United National Committee (the “UNC”), be a governing body of the Unity Party of America, and all votes by the UNC must pass the UEC on the same terms (including majority votes and two-thirds votes). In addition, the UEC may approve, independently of the UNC, changes to the Unity Party Constitution and officer removals with two-thirds votes and elect officers by majority.

UEC membership shall only be open to Uniters who petitioned onto a ballot as an official Unity Party candidate or otherwise circulated Unity Party petitions, and voting power on the UEC shall be apportioned according to the number of petition signatures a Uniter accrued in aggregate without assistance towards their own standings for public offices as an official Unity Party candidate or the official establishment of a Unity Party.

The two Committees shall be collectively known as the United Committees.
