The 51st US State

Welcome to the newest page of the official website of the Unity Party of America!

The concept of Unitism has been with Uniters for a while, and, with the April passage of the 48th Amendment to the Unity Party Constitution, Unitism is now an official position of the Unity Party of America. As the text of the amendment outlines, the Unity Party acknowledges the world’s increasing interconnectedness, the unique lightning-in-a-bottle status of the great nation that is the United States of America, and the desire of many future Americans around the globe to join that same nation to partake in, as equal citizens, the freedom and prosperity America has always offered, while assuming the duties incumbent on all US citizens: namely, promoting peace and prosperity in all corners of the Earth, including those not yet US.

We’ll soon be listing links to online communities around the world that share our Unitist objectives (even if these kindred spirits aren’t yet using the word “Unitism”) and, on a grander scale than ever, doing what we do best: uniting Americans on common ground!

And which nation will be the 51st state? Whichever one it will be, let’s work United together to ensure that our 51st state (not to mention our 310th) will be a reality soon, for the betterment of humankind!
