Unity Founder: Mr. Musk, Remember Mr. Khodorkovsky

Thursday, July 10, 2025 (Patrick Henry Village, Germany) – The Chair of the Unity Party of America would like to thank America’s richest immigration visa fraudster for highlighting the value of the very name “Unity Party” with the half-baked (or fully-baked, depending on what drugs Mr. Musk might be on at the moment) idea of the so-called “America Party,” which, by dint of its very name, won’t be able to qualify for basic ballot access in one of the Union’s largest (by population) states.

“I’d like to thank Elon for joining the long tradition of flash-in-the-pan attempts to steal one aspect or another of the Unity Party idea, going all the way back to Unity08, Unite America and the Forward Party (thank you again, Mr. Yang),” says Unity Party Founder and Chair Bill Hammons. “The morning after Unity08’s announcement two decades ago I literally had a hundred related emails in my inbox from supporters of the ‘Unity’ idea, and the fact that we’ve received exactly one email regarding the ‘America Party’ tells you everything you need to know.

“In addition to that, it’s my duty as an aspiring practitioner of the be-warned-by-our-experience German ethos that Mr. Musk, as a fellow US citizen not born on American soil, is placing himself in extraordinary danger by trying to conventionally challenge DJT on the electoral battlefield. The Musker should stop trying to make himself sound smarter than he is with nonsensical blather about Greek phalanxes and remember the real-world example of Mr. Khodorkovsky (a full-fledged, internationally-funded Unity Party of South Africa instead, perhaps?). As always, God bless America (not the ‘party’) and Forward (not the ‘party’) UP.”
