Chairman Bill: More Wrongs Don’t Make a Right

Tuesday, June 9, 2026 (Mitte, Germany) – The Unity Party Chairman, after keeping with the times by giving fair warning to yet another Enemy of Unity that he would be hit and hit hard by the party’s founder, prepares to hit the local Deutsche Post.

“Unfortunately, some folks in this world continue to ignore the message, even after it’s been delivered directly, loudly and clearly, that my rights as the founder of a movement, not to mention my human rights, will be respected,” says United National Committee Chair Bill Hammons, “One of the many comical factoids covered in the letter, the full text of which will be posted on unitypartyamerica.us in due time, is that whoever is attempting to lead the Unity Party of Colorado forward came up with the brilliantly original new website of unitypartycolorado.us (what, is Colorado going to become the only US state?), a site which they haven’t even bothered to duly share with the Office of the Secretary of State of Colorado.

“Moving forward (for now): thanks to all who have voted with your clicks for more about an Article 5 Convention. Also soon to be added to the national website is a raft of proposed constitutional amendments: a Clemency Commission, Capping the Court, outlawing Gerrymandering, a Balanced Budget Amendment, Term Limits, adoption of the ‘vote for your candidate, then vote for your party and hope for 5%’ system, and, not least, the Anthropic Amendment advocating Good Global Governance to stop the AI arms race and place the machines firmly under the control of the People before (perhaps) proceeding with carefully regulated development that will benefit all of humankind. Did we ever consider allowing corporations to own their own nuclear weapons, even if governments paid for their expertise? Of course not. And at the height of the greatest nuclear crisis, JFK rightly pointed out that ‘the greatest danger of all would be to do nothing.’

“Finally, allow me to thank Judge Cole’s parents for giving him the middle name ‘Remus.’ I ain’t saying I’m Romulus, but I’m trying to build something lasting here, and I’m gonna have fun with this (don’t jump over my walls). Forward UP.”
