Hammons: Cornyn to Hell, Texas Dems to Germany

Friday, August 8, 2025 (Patrick Henry Village, Germany) – The Founder and Chair of the Unity Party of America, an upper-intermediate user of High German and Shakespearean practitioner of the West Texanese sub-dialect of American English, has sent a follow-up letter to John Cornyn, asking the senior US Senator for the Great State of Texas if the latter gentleman remembered when he first sold out before telling the same said gentleman, the instigator of the first Federal manhunt for US lawmakers as such in United States history, where he can go.

“These politicians tell us image is everything, and therefore I’ll let the images speak for themselves,” says founder of a growing party and son of a fallen veteran Bill Hammons. “In addition, I humbly ask that Bundeskanzler Merz and his staff immediately get their thinking caps on and invite the Texas lawmakers on the lam here to Germany, to seek asylum if necessary (and I would advise those same lawmakers to leave North America immediately, lest they think the letter of the law is somehow going to stop the Donald, that that ‘fascist to his core wannabe dictator’ [the words of his generals, not mine] is going to be stopped by an ‘artificial line’ of a border, and that they won’t end up in Alligator Alcatraz).

“What does all of this have to do with the Unity Party? We’ve been preaching for years that gerrymandering needs to be outlawed. Let’s not fight attacks on democracy with more attacks on democracy. God bless Texas and Forward UP.”
