Bill to Europe: “Everything, All At Once?” Let’s Do It

Wednesday, January 28, 2026 (Zazenhausen, Germany) – The Founder of the Unity Party of America, having parked himself next to a warm-if-sketchy-looking hallway heater in an abandoned Stuttgart hotel, opines to his fellow Europe-borns on what “Everything, all at once” should mean to the quintessential American ear.

“If indeed Europe has crossed another Rubicon as an American ICEsheet spreads over (North) America, it’s clear dramatic action needs to be taken,” says United National Committee Chair Bill Hammons, “The EU, oppressed as it is by the tyranny of the minority (and this before the addition of several new members supposedly suddenly many are talking about) will go down, and go down in history as the Continental answer to the Articles of Confederation. Just like a US still threatened by Redcoats after the Revolution, the Council of Europe states plus Canada need a Constitutional Convention. And, if my fellow Europe-borns are smart, they’d trumpet from the rooftops the need for dramatic action, so that supporters of the unsustainable status quo stay home, just as they did in 1787.

“And here’s where my humble suggestions get very un-European: Messrs. Churchill and Roosevelt met aboard two warships in Placentia Bay, Canada. Delegates meeting to hash out a new United States can stay ashore and ditch the battleships, but perhaps make a singularly symbolic side trip to visit a Viking site.

“Of course it’s highly unlikely the Continentals will take the actions they’re talking about (my words will most likely just be on the record under ‘I told you so’). And for the Baden-Württembergers asking themselves how it is that they made it all the way to this sentence, more about that quite soon, my friends. Forward UP.”
