UP Wanted to Complain; Colorado SoS Site Down

Friday, February 7, 2025 (Bill’s Own Private Hedgerows, Germany) – The Chair of the United National Committee of the Unity Party of America (https://unitypartyamerica.us), fresh off a successful effort to get another month to grow the Unity Party beachhead in Europe (not to mention lay the groundwork for a new life in the new heart of global democracy), attempted to file a complaint against the two-headed beast Unity Party of Colorado / so-called American Unity Party and the hijacked website unityparty.us first thing Friday morning, only to find that the Colorado Secretary of State website was down completely (and, yes, the Unity Party founder then set his VPN to Denver, but, alas, no dice at 4 a.m.).

“You might say that this day is one day that got away from me in terms of officially filing a complaint regarding the Unity Party of Colorado’s lack of a disclaimer on unityparty.us, and the patently illegal mish-mash of the state party I founded putting in a heck of a lot of sweat equity and Gary Swing(er)’s pathetic attempt at a new national party,” says Unity Party Chairman Bill Hammons. “To be clear, both (Colorado) state party and (US) national party websites have to have disclaimers, and currently unityparty.us has neither, no word as to who’s paying.

“I say ‘currently’ because I’m now ready to offer these warrior wannabes a deal: return unityparty.us to its rightful owner, the once-and-again chair of the Unity Party and the man who first registered the site over twenty years before shelling monthly hosting fees out of his own pocket, and he’ll pull back from his core instincts and not make a ramshackle effort glued together by imitators and grifters look like Gaza next to the French Riviera. (And where’s Bodenstab, everyone? He was apparently the last person who had any clue.) Forward UP.”
